Shipping Rates
- $6.99 flat rate for orders shipped within the continental United States
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (before shipping)
We ship nationwide from our studio in Jefferson, Georgia.
Production Time
Every piece is made to order. Single custom items are produced within 3 days of your final approved design proof. Bulk orders (more than 25 of the same item) vary by order size, and we will give you a timeline when we confirm your order.
If your project needs special blanks, production may start once those arrive. We will let you know if that applies to your order.
Hand-Inspected Before It Ships
Each item is inspected by hand and packed with care before it leaves the studio.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for how we make it right.
